The Pastor’s Wife is also a leader, One that walk in love, firm but not crushing. She is mentoring many cases; therefore she leads by example, this woman of God has a conviction for the role and position that she has been placed in by God, she communes and fellowship with God to receive what is needed and required from her as the 1^st Lady in the Church.

She maintains humility and self sacrificing with balance. She is patient and not so easy to give up on people when they are not maturing as fast as others. She maintains her walk in love until the person(s) reaches spiritual maturity.

She Loves and supports her husband, She is serving God and the Church with great passion. She is a gift to the body of Christ.
